Johnson & Johnson Blows Away Q1 (JNJ)

...First off, I think that the company is going to grow and remove some costs from the consumer-healthcare business it bought from Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) last year for $16 billion.Secondly, I think that increased sales of high-margin pharmaceuticals such as Topamax, and Risperdal (a schizophrenia treatment) will continue to be a big driver of earnings over the next year.The sell side could provide another large catalyst: Based upon the Q1 operating performance, and management's guidance, I suggest that the analyst community will likely be revising its earnings models and writing generally upbeat research about the company in the days and weeks ahead.

This increased attention could send the stock higher as well.Finally, Johnson & Johnson's management wisely set its earnings targets at a very attainable level.

I think they'll have no problem meeting them, and I have a hunch that after Q2 and/or Q3 we could actually see management increase those full-year numbers again.What makes me so confident?
