Mohammed Sajjad, 28, suffered horrific internal burns along with poisoning and died in Salmaniya Medical Complex. Mr Sajjad, from the Marhi area of Rawalpindi, in Pakistan's Punjab province, leaves a widow and two children, aged one and two. He worked at a garage in Riffa and was taken to the SMC by colleagues on Thursday. "He was brought to the hospital in a very bad condition and we tried our best and conducted a number of emergency procedures," said a doctor. "It appeared he had also been severely poisoned." Sources said Mr Sajjad was a good worker but very quiet and reserved and had seemed depressed recently. They said no suicide note was found. Pakistan Embassy officials are making arrangements for the body to be sent home.
